Yogermina 100 Indications
Useful for quickly rebalancing the bacterial flora and intestinal function after antibiotic therapies, diarrhea, stress, eating disorders.

Dosage and method of use
One vial a day is recommended immediately after the main meal.
apply the bottle opener on the cap;
screw the cap all the way down (keeping the vial vertical) to drop the powder into the liquid;
shake the suspension for a long time;
remove the bottle opener and keep it;
unscrew the capsule and drink the suspension obtained.
