Hypertonic solution to be nebulized sodium chloride 7% hyaluronic acid 0.1%.
Hyaneb nebulization facilitates the mobilization of viscous secretions in the airways thanks to an osmotic mechanism. The high percentage of salts draws water and facilitates the hydration of the mucus. Hyaneb is particularly indicated in patients with cystic fibrosis and in patients with bronchiectasis.
How to use
Use a 5ml vial twice a day or as directed by your doctor. It is also possible to start with a lower volume and progressively rise. Do not use the residual contents of the vial. Do not mix any other medicines with the hypertonic solution.
For optimal nebulization it is recommended to use eFlow rapid vibration nebulizer. Alternatively, we recommend a Pari LC Plus nebulizer connected to a Pari Boy and Pari turbo Boy compressor. The ampoule must be kept in the mouth, the patient must breathe regularly, the duration of the aerosol therapy session is about 10 minutes. Temperature of use: spray the solution at room temperature.
Warnings
The product is for inhalation use only. The first use of the product must take place under medical supervision or qualified personnel. Use by children must be under adult supervision. In particularly sensitive subjects, premedication with bronchodilators is recommended, which can help prevent bronchospasm reactions, especially at the beginning of treatment. Premedication with bronchodilators must take place under medical supervision. In the event of bronchospasm or persistent cough, discontinue treatment and inform the attending physician. Do not use the product if the container was damaged or not perfectly closed when it was first opened. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the components.
