Drops based on simethicone.
Simegut Gocce is used in the symptomatic treatment of gastrointestinal bloating and aerophagia in infants and children.
The drug should be taken according to the following doses and methods:
Shake well before use. The drops are dispersed in a little water.
No overdose phenomena have been reported with the use of Simegut.
No undesirable effects due to Simegut were highlighted.
There are no adequate data on the use of Simegut in pregnant women, therefore it should not be used in pregnancy unless clearly needed and after a benefit / risk assessment by the physician.
It is not known whether simethicone is excreted in human milk. The excretion of simethicone into breast milk has not been studied in animals. The decision whether to continue / discontinue breastfeeding or to continue / discontinue simethicone therapy should be made taking into account the benefit of breastfeeding for the infant and the benefit of simethicone therapy for the woman.
The drops contain para-hydroxybenzoates which can cause allergic reactions (including delayed type). Do not exceed the recommended dose. After a short period of treatment (7 days) without appreciable results, consult your doctor.
Check the expiration date indicated on the package. The expiry date indicated on the package refers to the product in intact packaging, correctly stored. Store in the original container to protect from light.

Simethicone 66.6 mg
Hydroxypropylcellulose, carbopol, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, citric acid, banana essence, purified water
